Receptionist - 12 month maternity cover (Sept 16 - Sept 17)

A good base knowledge of yachting and the sailing industry is a must.

The position is available from September 2016 – September 2017. There are long term job prospects within the company for the right candidate.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
• Ensure reception is staffed at all times
• Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
• Monitor, forward or action e-mails from info@doylesails.co.nz
• Open and date stamp all general correspondence
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
• Prepare parcels for local courier collection
• Assistance with data entry as required
• Support for Directors and wider Management team
• Organising travel and accommodation as required
• Diary and Calendar Management
• Maintain Company Vehicle Logs for FBT review
• Assist sales team with administration as required
• General marketing admin
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Doyle Sails New Zealand’s Mike Sanderson began his own yachting career in sailmaking, before going on to become the youngest ever winner of the Volvo Ocean Race. Experienced Sailmakers

Doyle Sails New Zealand is always looking for experienced sailmakers to join our team. We require sailmakers with a minimum of two years experience with references.

For the right candidates we are prepared to pay for flights to New Zealand in exchange for a commitment of six months. Note that unless you hold an NZ or Aus passport, working in NZ does require a visa - www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/work/worktemporarily/
